As we landed in the USA I was reminded of a journey made 300 years ago by a young clergyman, and determined to be better at keeping records in his honour.

TL:DR Do your study the way that makes you happy. Learn from others, pick and choose the methods that suit you. Don’t be afraid to do things differently.
